PRIME BPO is Hiring – Retention Officer (Final Expense Campaign)

PRIME BPO is looking for detail-oriented, confident, and goal-driven Retention Officers to join
our growing Final Expense Campaign. This is a full-time, office-based opportunity for
candidates with Final Expense experience who possess exceptional communication, objection
handling, and customer retention skills.

Position Details:
Position Title: Retention Officer – Final Expense Campaign
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site (Office-Based)
Shift: Night Shift

Salary: 125K - 150K
             Uncapped Bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
     • Handle inbound and outbound retention calls for Final Expense policyholders.
     • Identify at-risk clients and implement effective retention strategies to prevent policy
        cancellations and lapses.
     • Build strong relationships with policyholders through empathy, professionalism, and
         active listening.
     • Address customer concerns and objections confidently while reinforcing the value of
        their Final Expense coverage.
     • Utilize proven retention and closing techniques to maximize policy persistency.
     • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly retention targets.
     • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and outcomes in the CRM system.
     • Ensure compliance with campaign guidelines, company policies, and industry
        regulations.
     • Collaborate with supervisors and team members to improve retention performance and
        customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements):
    • Minimum 1 year of closing or retention experience in a Final Expense campaign.
    • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
    • Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
    • Proven ability to retain customers and perform under pressure.
    • Regular Students are not eligible to apply.
