Prime BPO & Telecommunications is expanding its team and looking for a highly experienced Finance Manager who can take ownership of our financial operations and bring strong expertise to the table.

Position Details:
Position Title: Finance Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: On-Site (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM onwards
Location: 6th Road, Rawalpindi

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of the company's financial operations, reporting, and budgeting
• Lead financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes
• Manage financial operations independently with minimal oversight
• Drive process improvements through strong analytical and problem-solving input
• Provide leadership and guidance across the finance function
• Maintain professional, results-driven communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications (Mandatory Requirements):

• 10–15+ years of relevant BPO / Finance experience preferred
• CA / ACCA Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply
• Strong command of financial management, reporting & budgeting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Proven ability to manage financial operations independently
• Professional communication and a results-driven mindset
