Job Description

Prime Bpo is now Hiring IT specialists with basic computer knowledge about Software as well as Hardware.

Requirements:
✅ Must have basic computer knowledge. (Any field-related certificates, short courses, or diplomas will be given preference)
✅ prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
✅ Should be target-oriented, hard-working, and punctual.
✅ Must not be enrolled in any educational program.
✅ Able to work the night shift.

Responsibilities:
✅ Provide day-to-day support to call center agents and supervisors in using VICIDial. Assist with basic user issues, answer queries, and conduct training sessions as needed.
✅ Identify and resolve basic technical issues related to VICIDial promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions in the call center operations.
✅ Monitor system performance and generate basic reports to assess call center productivity and efficiency using VICIDial's reporting tools.
